On 1 June 2021, the International Cooperative Entrepreneurship Think Tank (ICETT) will organise a webinar with the theme “What is Work? – Cooperatives’ response”. It aims to explore how cooperatives create and maintain non-conventional forms of employment in innovating broader institutional environments despite the new business innovations without destroying the existing institutional arrangements. This event will discuss how cooperatives can be a laboratory for developing and testing new sense and a new form of decent work and quality employment in the future of work which in line with cooperatives’ contribution to SDG 8 (decent work).
This webinar is part of a series of online events organised by ICETT that will be held on 1, 3, and 9 June 2021, as our journey towards the World Cooperative Congress.
