On 3 March 2022, the International Cooperative and Mutual Insurance Federation (ICMIF), a sectoral organisation of the ICA hosted an event for Young Leaders that allow young professionals at ICMIF member companies to network and engage in strategic discussions with their peers through a number of structured exercises and breakout discussions.
This event provided an opportunity for the Young Leader participants to explore current strategic issues and challenges with fellow emerging leaders from ICMIF members across the world. The event was complementary and exclusively for employees of ICMIF member organisations.
